I join the rêves d'étoile ski lessons

Your child has skied before and earned one or more medals during previous winter holidays.

Our fun and educational programme is designed to enhance and refine your child’s skiing skills. Throughout the week, each child progresses at their own pace and works towards level tests.
These group lessons allow each child to enjoy skiing while making friends along the way!

Group Ski Lessons
Register your child for the level just above the one achieved during their previous stay. For example, if they earned their Flocon, they will join the 1ère étoile lessons.

In a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, our instructors will guide your child through their learning process, helping them gain confidence, express themselves, and refine their technique

Ski lessons are offered either as full-day or half-day sessions, available for 5 or 6 consecutive days.

Supervised meals with our instructors are available from 12pm to 2.15pm in our partner restaurants. Please note that availability is limited. This option is available for children enrolled in morning lessons or morning AND afternoon lessons. Children enrolled for the full day (morning AND afternoon lessons) have priority on these meals.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does my child need a ski pass?
This depends on the level of the lessons in which they are enrolled:
  • For children enrolled in Flocon, the instructor will tell you when the ski pass is required during the week.
  • From the 1ère Etoile level (Flocon Acquired) onward, the Tignes Val d'Isère ski pass is required!
Does my child need to bring lunch?
Children can carry a cereal bar in their pockets in case they get hungry, especially if the weather is bad.
A supervised meal option will be offered when you book a morning lessons or full-day lessons (morning + afternoon).
Will my child earn a medal?
Yes! Each child receives their ski medal.
The medal ceremony takes place every Friday, 15 minutes before the end of your child's lesson.
Are instructors qualified to teach young children?
Of course, each instructor trains for many years before they can teach skiing. One of the initial tests they must pass involves teaching skiing to young children. Our instructors are therefore fully qualified and certified to work with young children.
Rest assured, your child will have an excellent time with us!
I can't find the ski packs (lessons + ski pass) on the website. Is it possible to buy the ski pass online?
This winter, we invite you to buy your ski pass directly from the STGM (Société des remontées mécaniques de Tignes).
