Originally from the Rhône department, Alex has been skiing since the age of 4. It is in one of the children’s gardens of the ESF that he came to like this sport. His parents would tell you that he was insufferable because he always wanted to pass the other kids. He discovered the resort of Tignes Val Claret with his parents during school holidays. 

When he was a child, his dream was to become a ski instructor or an airline pilot. Later on, he chose to become a ski instructor, a job he has been enjoying for 10 years. To teach you at best, his watchwords are empathy and humour! The ESF is a big family for him. 

Great sportsman at heart, when he is not on the slopes, Alex works as a lifeguard and a physical coach. 

His favourite slope is the Double M in the morning.
