For 27 years, Paolo has been a flexible instructor who knows how to adapt to any type of student. If he chose the glorious profession of instructor, it is because he is passionate about skiing and loves life in the mountains. Paolo discovered the resort of Tignes Val Claret when he arrived to participate in the instructor training of the club med. 

Paolo went down his first slopes at the age of 4. He admits that his beginnings were difficult because the instructors were less understanding than today. What won him over in this discipline was the feeling of sliding, freedom and outdoor life. 

For him, the ESF conveys the values of professionalism and renewal in the respect of tradition. A great competitor, Paolo competed for 8 years where he won a few races. Moreover, as an adventurer at heart, when he is not on the ski slopes, Paolo works as an accompanying guide for motorcycle trips in the USA. 

His favourite teaching memories are some off-piste days and the joy of the children when they get their medals. His favourite slopes are the Double M and the Sache.
