About

Ski instructor for decades, Patrice believes it is essential for the learning process to go through pleasure. Indeed, when it comes to children, they must not see ski lessons as a chore. Incidentally, Patrice started skiing at a very young age in 1963, he thus had the privilege of witnessing the evolution of french skiing.

He discovered the resort of Tignes Val Claret thanks to his father who worked on building the dam of Tignes. For him, the ESF represents a high teaching quality you cannot find elsewhere. Thanks to its job of an instructor, Patrice had the opportunity to teach skiing abroad and to discover other ways to share its values.

What he loves most in the skiing practice are the vast spaces as well as the fauna and flora of the National Park. Patrice is athletic and is as comfortable on snow than he is on the ground since he also plays rugby, cycles and is into athletics.

His best teaching memory is the close contact with his students when he worked as an instructor in a Club Med.

His favourite slope is the Vallons de la Sache.
